Today’s housing inventory is still well below typical inventory levels. If you’re thinking of selling your house, this is good news for you. According to REALTOR.com, on average, active inventory in June was 50.6% below pre-pandemic 2017-2019 levels.


Homes that are priced correctly are selling quickly and seeing multiple offers. According to NAR, as compared to May 2023, in June 2023, the percentage of homes sold in less than a month is up slightly to 74%. Month-over-month, the median days on market is down to 18 days. The average number of offers has increased month-over-month to 3.3 offers per listing.
